Smartlife Connect software may come pre-bundled with hardware from your local distributor or it may consist of an initial onboarding fee and a monthly subscription.
  • Some compatible products require a Smartlife or third-party hub to connect.
  • Optional escalation to call centers for monitored security or medical alarm
  • Optional monthly connectivity fees using NB-IoT, Cat-M1, 4G or LoRaWAN available for some products
  • Optional cloud CCTV video recording available soon (currently use third party)
