Smartlife Labs provides all the features you may need for a typical IoT application - from data collection and device management to data collection, logic, user management and access levels, IoT dashboards, and analytics. You can also take advantage of open APIs to integrate Smartlife Labs features to your own applications.

Connectivity

The Smartlife Labs platform supports IoT protocols for device connection as well as interfaces to a wide range of 'traditional' automation systems including KNX, Z-Wave, Zigbee, Modbus and other TCP and serial data connectivity.

Device Management

Smartlife Labs checks the device throughout its lifecycle, from the initial provisioning and connectivity events to software updates and final decommissioning. 

Data Analytics

The platform features data collection adapters that allow sending data to various databases or data analytics systems.

Notifications

Set up a specific actions based on preconfigured data thresholds, thus enabling basic and complex rule engine functionality for your IoT projects. Notifications can be escalated within a group and to third parties. 

Configuration Management

Control the device behaviour, managing data process parameters, feature flagging, edge analytics, and other functions. 

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Product feature

    Some users can invite other people to access their location and they can choose what User Views each person can access and what access level they have:

    • Owners can Add other team members and viewers and can create User Views using the Web App
    • Shareable Viewers can invite other Shareable Viewers.
    • Viewers can access whatever is shared to them but they cannot share it to anyone else.  
    • Installers enrol and configure the compatible products and create User Views, logic and schedules using the Web App.
